By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that:

We reserve the right to remove violating content but don't actively monitor all submissions.

8.1 Service Availability

We're not liable for:

• Scheduled maintenance downtime

8.2 Content Accuracy

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. Always verify outputs before use.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Winglynx and its affiliates from:

• Claims relating to your content
• Service misuse consequences
• Third-party intellectual property claims
• Regulatory violations

10.1 By Users

You may stop using our Services at any time. Account deletion requests: Support Center

10.2 By Winglynx

We may suspend or terminate access for:

• Material Terms violations
• Legal/regulatory requirements
• Extended account inactivity (≥180 days)

11.1 Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Hong Kong under HKIAC rules.

11.2 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Hong Kong law, excluding its conflict of laws principles.
