Welcome to Winglynx Smart Creative Platform (this Platform), which is provided by Winglynx Technology or one of its affiliates (Winglynx or us).
When you create an account and upload your personal content to the Platform, we collect and process the information you provide to us, including technical and behavioral information about your use of the Platform. We also collect information about you if you download an application and interact with the Platform without creating an account.
We use your data to provide you with the Platform and to improve and administer the Platform. Your data is used for a variety of purposes, including displaying content suggestions to you in "Recommended for You", promoting the improvement and development of the Platform and ensuring your safety. Where appropriate, we will also use your personal data to provide you with targeted advertising and promote the Platform.
Information you provide to us when you register on the Platform, including your username, password, date of birth (if applicable), email address and/or telephone number, information you fill in your user profile, and your photo or profile video.
We process the content you generate and view on the Platform, including preferences you set (e.g. language selection), photos, audio files and videos you upload or create, comments you post and online LIVE (" User Content "). In order to recommend music or audio files and provide other customized recommendations, we collect User Content by pre-loading it when you create, enter or upload it, whether or not you choose to save or upload the User Content. If you include a special effect in your User Content, we may still collect User Content that does not contain the special effect. We may also collect image and audio data as part of your User Content, such as identifying objects and landscapes, their presence and location in images of facial and physical features and attributes, the nature of audio files, and the textual content of words spoken in your User Content. We may collect this information for special video effects, content moderation, demographic classification, content and advertising recommendations, and other non-personal identification operations. With your permission, we may access content found in your device's scrapbook, including text, images and videos. For example, if you choose to enable content sharing with third-party platforms, or choose to paste content from your scrapbook into Winglynx' application, we will access this data stored in your scrapbook to meet your request. We collect information through surveys, challenges and competitions you participate in. We also collect information about your use of the Platform, such as how you interact with the Platform, including how you interact with the content we show you, the ads you watch, the videos you watch and the problems you encounter, the content you like, the content you save to Favorites, the users you follow and how you interact with common followers. In order to provide personalized content, we also infer your preferences, including your interests, gender and age. We process your follower data, the number of likes you receive, and responses to your uploads in order to promote your content to other users and to explore if your profile presents opportunities for further collaboration. Where appropriate, we also use your personal data to provide Personalized Ads and to introduce you to new services and opportunities. Information from third parties.
If you choose to register or use the Platform through third party social networks account details (e.g., TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google) or by logging into services, you will provide or allow us to provide your username, public profile and other information about those social networks. We will also share certain information with your social network, such as your application ID, access token and referring URL. For further information on sharing your Facebook contact list with us, please see the "Search Other Users and Invite Your Friends" section below. If you link your Winglynx account to another service, we may receive information about your use of that service.
